Upload stuck at 0% (Android)

If the transfer of data between mobile and device gets stuck at 0%, you can usually solve this by doing the following:

  • Close the Linkura app
  • Open Bluetooth in system settings
  • Go to the device named “Linkura” alternatively “Link”
  • Choose to forget remove or disconnect the device
  • Open the Linkura app again

The device will pair again and the transfer should now go through from start to finish.
