The app and the device no longer connect

If you have previously had a working link between the device and the app, but they no longer connect to each other, please try one of the following steps:

  1. Restart the app. Instructions for iPhone and Android.
  2. Put the device on charge. Keep the device charging while opening the app on your phone. If the app now connects to the device – click the device icon in the top right and then click the button “Reboot the device”.
  3. Restart your phone.


If you have an Android phone, make sure you allow all required permissions. The app will prompt you if you deny any required permissions.

On Android 10, it is important that global Location services (GPS) is turned on in the system settings when a device is to be paired. When the device is paired, you can turn off Location services.
