See that a device is working
You can check that your device is working by following these steps:
1. Hold the device in both hands with the lamp facing you.

2. Put your thumbs on the metal pins on the back.

3. The device should now glow green for one second before switching to flashing green.

Common problems
The light doesn’t come on at all
The device needs to be charged.
- Put the device on charge for 20 minutes
- Try the thumb test again!
The light flashes blue
The device is not connected or has lost contact with your phone.
