How do I wear the device?

To get the best signal, the strap should be wrapped around the body at the height of the solar plexus. You then click in the device in the buttonholes on the strap. The light on the device should be facing upwards and flash green when it is on the body.

The strap should sit snugly against the body. The band should sit so tight that it does not fall off, but not much more tight than that. It can be uncomfortable when the strap is tightened too tight and the signal quality deteriorates since the strap cannot follow the skin. The strap should also not sit so loose that it let’s go from the skin, otherwise the device will not be able to measure your ECG continously.

If you look at yourself in the mirror, the device should be positioned like this:
