Exercise Bank
In the app’s exercise bank, you will find exercises that can be useful for learning to manage and control your stress level. The exercises are based primarily on breathing and meditation.
Try the exercises if you want to learn methods to lower your body’s stress level, i.e. increase your HRV. Feel free to look at your load graph or the real-time views under “Now” after you have done an exercise to see if it had a physical effect. When you have learned an exercise you can also do it (without instruction) when you look at your measurement in realtime.
